Although I can't do what I want because of the lack of time (:-(() I manage bit by bit to create new jewelry for the upcoming season.
It's seems like I am in a green minty mood lately....
I love that color, it combines good with copper and brass but also with silver.
Some of these designs are already in my shop!

What the postman brought me......

Finally I bought(here)some of that gorgeous Japanese washi masking tape!
Even taking pictures of it was a joy, love those warm saturied colors!
making packages was never before such a nice job :-) Ah well!

My new cards

Have you seen the new cards I designed for Fleurfatale? I mixed and matched some of my pictures, and combined mostly by colortones. The format is cute: 8 x 8 cm, the perfect size to me :-) I am glad I can use my graphic background once in a while.

Eco Babe

I finished my 'collier de papiers' Yesterday! Oh, how I enjoyed making them. (paper beads are made from pages from old fashion magazines, as I told before, I think)
I know I can't beat the paperbusiness, but it's the idea, .....to make something out of something others just throw away.
Ah well, just everything can have another life! just try!
I feel every tiny little step to make a better world is worth it!

One of the fun parts of creating and selling jewelry is that you can start creating new lines a while before the season they are made for has started.
That is why I am now creating with spring and summer in my mind.
I try to evoke those summery feelings by diving into fashion magazines of last summer (I have a large pile of never thrown away magazines)
But the sun that was peeping so bright this morning also helped, it felt like spring was here (although the fields were still covered with a white snow blanket).

So my monday mood is one with a springy feel! enjoy!
