Fortune cookies

nog een dikke week
en 'tis weer Chinees Nieuwjaar,

dit keer geen afhaalchinees bij ons, maar zelfgemaakte dumplings !
(met kerst leerden we dumplings maken van Apple,
de Chinese echtgenote van mijn broer)

en waarom ook geen zelfgemaakte Fortune cookies?

Fortune cookies zijn wel gevuld met Chinese spreuken ,

maar ze zijn helemaal geen oorspronkelijk Chinees gebruik,
men zegt dat Fortune cookies:
geïntroduceerd zijn (in Amerika) door de Japanners (het deeg is een apans recept)
gevulgariseerd door de chinezen (die ze als goodie geven in Chinese restaurants)
en
geconsumeerd worden door de Amerikanen :-)

en je ziet ze ook regelmatig passeren op Facebook :-)

maak ze nu zelf!

of wat dacht je van eentje in vilt, in stof of gehaakt

vul ze met spreuken die je hier kiest of met eigen verzinsels

nog een weekje,
dat moet lukken!

nu de drukte van 2010 voorbij is
vlieg ik terug in het zilverwerk!
dit zijn nog allemaal bestellingen,
maar
eens de deur uit
hoop ik wat tijd te vinden
voor nieuwe
ontwerpjes
in zilver :-)
