Back to school! and mummy too!!!

Back to school today, on bicycle! It was fun : mummy, daddy and the 4 kids. A new school too, since we chose not to go by car to a far away school in Ghent.
It was a bit hard (tears in my eyes, ) because it was a good school in Ghent, but I am sure this school is excellent too and the children will soon find their places there!!!
Mies (the kid with Down) already met her teacher and that was a good contact, I am happy also this school wants to integrate Mies in the classes.

And mummy will also be going to school again: a dream of 15 years ago comes true: I will attend classes metalsmith in the Academy of Sint Niklaas. I really want to experiment more with Sterling silver and copper, handling a torch, hammering, oxidizing...
Of course it will ask a lot of organising since the courses begin at 18 Pm, but I am very enthousiastic and daddy has to be home in time to look after the kids!
(the pictures in remembrance of summer-vacation that is definitely over now!)

Happy days to all of you back at school. I love it that you are going back to school yourself to learn something crafty! I will follow along eagerly to see what you learn!
