tips & trics for big families ;-)
People always ask me , where I find the time to do all those crafting.
I must admit, I am a very chaotic person, but when it comes to making time for crafting,
suddenly I am organised. :-))
One of those thingsto spare time is inviting the hairdresser to our house,
she comes to cut the hair of the six of us, ...
Very easy, I don't have to put my kids in the car and spend hours waiting in waiting rooms...
When their hair is cut, the kids can start playing again,
in the meantime I've done a lot of sorting of beads for future necklaces:-)
or taking pictures of a new creation...

How clever! I have started cutting my childrens hair myself. Not that different from cutting fabric, except for that little fact that the heads are CONSTANTLY moving...
But then again, I don't get any extra time for organizing my stuff...
My best tip is to prepare while the kids are playing. I often bring my scissors and a bunch of fabric outside and do my cutting there. It very often results in that all the kids in the neigbourhood starts asking for their own favourite of what I am currently making... *LOL*
I really want to see this scene in action :) LOL
Beautiful necklace! And good idea to invite hairdresser at home)
I just fell in love with your jewelry on flickr and got to your blog and fell in love with you and your family...
great tip for the hairdresser... I am chaotic as well, but for crafting there is always time...

Haha, I love those pics! The kids don't seem to mind the haircut! :)
Happy weekend, Fleur! :)
So that is you cutting their hair? Great job! I did too before but lately we take them to the hairdresser. I thought maybe she could make Lilly's thin hair look more fabulous than me. I found out I do an ok job at it myself. :)
Lovely necklace!
happy weekend!

what a smart thing to do! I love the sorted beads, they look so beautiful together!
Clever! :)
Smart idea :)
Smart lady you are - I have no children... But I am still very chaotic for organizing my crafting time...
What a gorgeous haircut session! Your children are lovely, and so is your jewelry--wish I could be so organized!
ehehe I suduntly recognise myself in your description! :) not that I have a big family but I always find some time to do my crafts! :))) there's always a wait time here and there that I fill with crafting! :)
good job!
I have not been to a hairdresser in ages and the kids never, since my hubby met me he stopped going too, I do it all myself :-D
A good way of keeping kids heads still is to put on a dvd or tell a real good story!
